1 排故思路:

1)动力方面:燃油低压油路、高压油路、进气系统不通畅,发动机本体故障导致燃油燃烧不充分。

(2) 电气方面:比例电磁阀、主压传感器、EGR电磁阀、凸轮位置传感器、控制器及线路异常故障

(3)液压方面:液压泵调节器发卡、功率异常,导致液压系统功率与发动机功率不匹配

 ( 1) Power: The low-pressure fuel line, high-pressure fuel line, and intake system are blocked, and

    the  engine body fails, resulting in incomplete fuel combustion.

  (2) Electrical: Proportional solenoid valve, main pressure sensor, EGR solenoid valve, cam

     position sensor, controller, and circuit abnormalities

 (3) Hydraulic: Hydraulic pump regulator is stuck and power is abnormal, resulting in mismatch 

     between hydraulic system power and engine power

2 排故过程:

1、电路系统检查Circuit system inspection

A、显示屏数据检查Display screen data check

( 1 ) 挖掘机通电启动后,显示屏P131EGR零点学习异常报警.检查EGR电磁阀插头,EGR阀相关线束无异常。After the excavator is powere d on, the display screen P131EGR zero-point learning gives an abnormal alarm. Check the plug of EGR solenoid valve, and the related wiring har ness of EGR valve is normal.

(2)取消自动怠速,进入发动机转速查询页面,10档发动机做动臂提升卸压动作,发动机掉速230(RPM),掉速异常。Cancel the automatic idle speed and enter the engine speed query page. The 10th gear engine will lift the boom to relieve pressure, and the engine speed will drop by 230(RPM.      speed query page. The engine speed in 11th gear is 1850r/mim, which is normal.

B、主系统压力、比例电磁阀电流检查Main system pressure, proportional solenoid valve current check

(1)进入显示屏,10档溢流状态下查看主系统压力,主系统压力显示泵1压力249kg、泵2压力304kg,主压力异常,检查主压传感器、主压传感器电压、线束无异常。

    Enter the display screen, and check the main system pressure in the 10th gear overflow state. The main system pressure shows that the pu mp 1 pressure is 249kg and the pump 2 pressure is 304kg, which is abnormal. 

( 2 ) 进去显示屏,10档溢流状态下查看主泵比例电磁阀电流,泵1电流28mA,泵2电流55mA,电流异常,清洗比例电磁阀,电流无变化。Enter the display screen, under the overflow state of gear 11, check the current of the main pump proportional solenoid valve, pump 1 current is 474mA, pump 2 current is 473mA, no abnormality

C、增压压力、共轨压力检查:Check boost pressure and common rail pressure

(1)10档溢流状态下,显示屏查看共轨压力114MPA正常,排除共轨压力传感器,高压油泵故障In the 10th gear overflow state,

     the common rail pressure of 128MPA on the display screen is normal, and the common rail pressure sensor and high-pressure oil pump are

     ruled out.

 ( 2 ) 10档溢流状态下,显示屏查看增压压力正常,When the 10th gear overflows, the display shows that the boost pressure is norm

2、主泵功率检查Main pump power check

( 1)调节主溢流阀压力至泵1 307KG,泵2 350KG    Adjust the pressure of main relief valve to 1 307KG for pump and 2 350KG for pump.

 (2)更换泵2调节器,泵2压力恢复正常。调节泵1压力至341KG,泵2压力至342KG,泵1、泵2比例电流恢复至462MA,泵压力、电流恢复正常,排除液压泵故障。Replace the regulator of pump 2, and the pressure of pump 2 returns to normal. Adjust the pressure of pump 1 to 341KG, pump 2 to 342KG, pump 1 and pump 2 proportional current to 462MA, pump pressure and current to normal, and troubleshoot the hydraulic pump.

3、动力系统检查Power system inspection

A、低压油路检查Low pressure oil circuit inspection

1)检查油水分离器,发现滤芯堵塞,更换水分分离器、燃油滤芯后故障不变,排除滤芯故障。After checking the oil-water separator, it 

      was found that the filter element was clogged. After replacing the water separator and fuel filter element, the fault remained unchanged, and the

      filter element fault was eliminated.

(2)拆第一道水分分离器进油管,燃油油量正常,排除燃油箱至油水分离器之间油路故障。Remove the first water separator oil inlet 

     pipe, the fuel level is normal, eliminate the oil line fault between the fuel tank and the oil-water separator

(3)拆高压油泵进油管,通电状态下出口量正常,排除整个低压油路故障。Remove the oil inlet pipe of the high-pressure oil pump

    . The outlet volume is normal when the power is on, and the fault of the entire low-pressure oil circuit is eliminated.

B、空气预滤器、空气滤芯、进气管道检查

    Check the air pre-filter, air filter element and air intake pipe

.(1)更换空气滤芯,排除空气滤芯堵塞。Replace the air filter and eliminate the blockage of the air filter

 (2)检查空气预滤器至空气滤芯,空气滤芯至涡轮增压器管道及管夹无异常。Check the air pre-filter to air filter element, air filter element to turb ocharger pipes and pipe clamps for any abnormalities

C、清洗EGR

    Cleaning EGR

  (1)拆除EGR阀电磁阀,发现电磁阀发卡。Remove the solenoid valve of EGR valve and find that the solenoid valve is stuck.

(2)清洗EGR阀,10档至溢流状态,试机发动机转速掉速正常,整车速度正常,完工。Clean the EGR valve, from the 10th gear to the overflow state, the engine speed of the commissioning is normal, and the speed of the whole vehicle is normal, so it is finished.

四:故障总结Fault Summary

(1)国三发动机对燃油质量的要求比较高,优质差会导致EGR阀发卡,高压油泵、喷油器早期磨损,发动机保养需按三一厂家要求按时按量进行。National III engines have relatively high requirements for fuel quality. Poor quality will cause EGR valve jamming, early wear of high-pressure fuel pump and fuel injector. Engine maintenance must be carried out on time and in quantity according to the requirements of Sany manufacturers.

(2)空气滤芯需根据实际工况清理,及时更换。The air filter needs to be cleaned and replaced in time according to the actual working conditions.

(3)排故时应多试车,结合显示屏信息,寻找异常处,先易后难原则对点排故。

 When troubleshooting, you should test the car more often, combine the information on the display screen, find the abnormality, and troubleshoot the problem point by point based on the principle of starting with the easy and then the difficult.
