二、排故思路 Troubleshooting Method
1、空气滤清器堵塞,进气不足;
Air filter blockage, insufficient intake;
2、发动机功率不足;
Insufficient engine power;
3、气门密封不严,导致部分燃烧气体回流到进气系统;
The valve seal is not tight, resulting in some combustion gas backflow to the intake system;
4、发动机涡轮增压器故障;

5、油品较差有杂质,燃烧不充分;
Poor oil with impurities, incomplete combustion;

三、排故过程 Troubleshooting Process
1.抵达现场,启动设备后,观察故障现象,发现发动机冒黑烟,下排气大;
Upon arrival at the site, after starting the equipment, observe the fault phenomenon and find that the engine emits black smoke and exhaust gas is large;
2.检查空气滤清器是否堵塞,正常;
Check whether the air filter is blocked, normal;
3.检查发动机输出功率是否正常,正常;
Check whether the engine output power is normal, normal;
4.检查燃油滤清器是否堵塞,正常;
Check whether the fuel filter is blocked, normal;
5.检查燃油是否有杂质,正常;
Check whether there are impurities in the fuel, normal;
6.检查涡轮增压器是否正常工作,异常涡轮增压器叶片损坏;
Check whether the turbocharger works normally, abnormal turbocharger blade damage;
7.更换涡轮增压器设备恢复正常;
The turbocharger equipment is replaced and the normal operation is restored;
四:故障总结 Conclusion
1.气温较低时,启动后应让发动机怠速运转一段时间;
When the temperature is low, start the engine and let it idle for a period of time;
2.操作手应定期检查更换空气滤清器,防止灰尘和杂质进入;
The operator should check and replace the air filter regularly to prevent dust and impurities from entering;
3.选择高质量燃油,避免使用劣质燃油损坏涡轮增压器;
