泰国一台SY205，机号：SY020GCDM3398,工时1565小时，设备在施工过程中频发显示屏自动重新启动，重启过程中发动机掉速、整车动作慢。

（a） 通过客户故障描述基本可以判断为电气故障
（b） 通过电路图分析22号长供电、29号受控电是否针脚松动、线束短路、断路。
（c） CAN线是否异常。
（d） 0号地线是否插针异常、线束短路、接地不良。
（e） 显示屏程序故障。
（f） 显示屏硬件问题。

排故过程Troubleshooting process
（a） 因该故障为时发性故障，试机时需要万用表分别一直在线测量22号、29号线、地线，检查显示屏在重启时无断路、短路情况。
（b） 检查CAN线电阻60欧姆、CAN+电压2.7V，CAN-电压2.3V正常，判断为显示屏问题。
（c） 联系华兴售后检查程序版本号，点击25号键进入信息列表界面，选择服务助手，输入密码31868进入机器配置页面，检查显示器程序版本号V12215，故障原因为该程序版本在GPI检测不到4G信号时防止显示屏卡顿，显示屏会自动重启，通过易眼升级最新版本V1236，显示屏在GPI检测不到4G信号时无感重启，更新程序后故障消失（易眼使用方法如下）。
(a) Due to the occurrence of the fault, the multimeter is required to measure the No. 22, No. 29 line and the ground line respectively online during the test, and check that the display screen has no open circuit or short circuit when restarting.
(b) Check that the CAN line resistance is 60 ohms, the CAN+ voltage is 2.7V, and the CAN-voltage is 2.3V, and it is judged that the display screen is faulty.
(c) Contact Huxing after-sales inspection program version number, click the key No. 25 to enter the information list interface, select the service assistant, enter the password 31868 to enter the machine configuration page, check the display program version V12215, the fault is that the program version will prevent the display from stalling when GPI cannot detect 4G signal, and the display will automatically restart. When the latest version V1236 is upgraded by Eyecare, the display screen restarts without feeling when GPI cannot detect 4G signal, and the fault disappears after updating the program (the use method of Eyecare is as follows).
